One of the world’s largest solar system floating at sea has been installed at LUX* South Ari Atoll in the Maldives
The Soneva Namoona initiative is an eco-friendly waste management model pioneered by Soneva fushi. As part of the initiative, the islands of Maalhos, Dharavandhoo and Kihaadhoo in the Baa Atoll pledged to end the open burning of island waste.
