The Maldives Association of Tourism Industry (MATI) hosted the 2nd Edition of MATI Insight, featuring a Strategy Masterclass titled “Sweathead Masterclass: Strategy is Your Words” by Mark Pollard. Over 75 participants joined the session, which was held on the 17th of November 2024, at Crossroads Maldives Event Hall.
During this intensive workshop, participants sharpened their strategic and planning skills through practical application. At its core was the Four Points Framework developed by Mr. Pollard, which provides a structured approach to strategy development. Participants learned to identify key insights, transform them into actionable strategies, and communicate them with precision and impact. They explored why precise language is crucial for brand success and mastered the art of developing powerful creative briefs. The hands-on nature of the class came through in over 10 interactive exercises, with participants ultimately applying the Four Points Framework to develop their own brand strategy.
