JA Manafaru’s White Orchid Restaurant is launching new menus on September 10th, featuring modern Japanese cuisine with a strong focus on sustainability. Signature dishes like Reef Octopus and Yellowfin Tuna Steak highlight the use of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, including homegrown microgreens and sustainably caught tuna from local fishermen. The restaurant emphasises farm-to-table dining, reducing its carbon footprint, and supporting local fisheries. An Edible Flower Garden has been planted to further enhance this approach. Additionally, the new “Wellness Your Way” menu caters to various dietary needs, offering gluten-free, low-carb, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Executive Chef Moosa and General Manager Jason Kruse emphasise the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability, quality, and innovation in the dining experience.
